SHIPPING RATES:
- Within NZ - flat rate of $6.95NZD
- Australia - $20NZD
- Rest of World - please contact for a quote, overseas shipping is really expensive sorry xx
NZ Shipping:
All items despatched within NZ are sent by courier.
Production time is generally up to 5 working days.
Shipping times are approx 2-3 days to South Island urban addresses and 4-5 working days to North Island urban addresses.
Rural post requires an extra 1-2 days, there is no rural surcharge.
All items are tracked.
International Shipping:
All items are sent via NZ Post International Post - untracked
Shipping times can be up to three weeks.
Parcels can be sent with a tracked service at additional cost - please enquire prior to purchase for a quote
Faulty Items/Returns or Exchanges:
If in the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged, please contact Rumi & Tilba within 7 days of purchase to arrange a replacement or refund.
If you are not satisfied with your Rumi & Tilba product you may return your item/s for a full refund less shipping cost. Items must be returned in new and unused condition within 7 days of purchase. Sale items are non refundable. All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
